RAPESEED HONEY

Our quality: bee honey from the hive, raw, harvested by ourselves; pure (not produced from and not containing added sugar or other substances), certified natural.

Taste: floral of medium intensity, the aroma is preserved together with the consistency of honey sherbet. It is mild honey (this varies slightly according to the variety or rapeseed and also what else might be mixed into it) with a very slight but pleasant peppery aftertaste.

Provenience:  Barnova apiary, Iasi.
